House Rules
- Quiet hours begin at 10 pm.
- If you have any needs or issues, please message us FIRST.
- If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, etc.
- Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. No unapproved visitors
- No smoking or vaping of any substance at any time, including on the balcony. Smoking must occur a minimum of 20 feet from the front door of the building.
- Pets are NOT allowed, no exceptions.
- No loud music or disturbance, especially noise past 10 pm until 7am.
- Mail services are not available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the nearby UPS Store or USPS if needed.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $250 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5 days, after which time they will be donated at management discretion.
● FEES: Lost or non-returned key or garage door opener fee: $250 each
● FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $2,500 charge
● FEES: Bringing a pet, of any kind, into the apartment will result in a $2,500 charge
● FEES: Unapproved late check-out fees: Every 30 minutes after 11:00 am is an additional $150
● FEES: $100 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation
● FEES: Excessive and unreasonable mess: $1,000
● Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, will result in a $1,000 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund.
